PACKAGING DIRECTIVE 94/62/EC

European Directive 90/62/EC is the legislative reference concerning the management of post-consumer packaging; amended and updated by Directive 2004/12/EC.
It is prescribed that, in order to facilitate collection, recovery and recycling, packaging must indicate the nature of the materials used (based on Decision 97/129/EC), facilitating their identification and classification.
